Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had raised grievance with regard to wrongful selection of respondents before the District Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur. However, the same has remained undecided for years together and in the circumstances, the petitioner has approached this Court in the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.3932 of 2022(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 jurisdiction.

Taking into consideration aforesaid, it is directed that the State Appellate Authority shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and decide the matter regarding the dispute raised, within a period of four months.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
