1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begurasai Town P.S. Case No.469 of 2025 instituted under Sections 318, 318(4), 316 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner are involved in issuance of false insurance in the name of admitted patient and thereafter to claim, medial bills from the insurance company without knowledge of patient. The allegation is founded upon complaint made by one patient, namely, Rinku Devi.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner was working as

No.13168 of 2026(3) dt.28-04-2026 2/3 supervisor in the concerned hospital and his role was only to look after the cleanliness, management and other basic needs of the hospital. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged insurance policy inside the hospital. He further submits that the petitioner had already left the job in the year 2023 and at the time of alleged occurrence, he was not the employee of Siddhi Vinayak Critical Care Hospital. Learned counsel submits that in the dispute between Insurance Company and the Hospital, the name of petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the co-accused, namely, Dr. Amit Gaurav @ Amit had already been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13621 of 2026. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial of the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as his clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the

No.13168 of 2026(3) dt.28-04-2026 3/3 Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/ concerned Court in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.469 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
