2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

"That, the present application is being filed for quashing the order dated 05.6.2009, passed by A.C.J.M, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 184/05, whereby and where under the Lrd. Magistrate took cognizance of the offence U/S 15(2) B/15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act 1956."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Court below at appropriate stage showing that he has a valid

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15558 of 2015(2) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 licence to practice Homeopathic issued by the State Board of Homeopathic Medicine, Bihar bearing Certificate No. 42508 dated 31.07.1997.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
