The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nautan PS case no. 61 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308/34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 38 of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is with regard to recovery of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner while he along with another was crossing the border in between U.P. and Bihar, by the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.03.2017.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29209 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II, Siwan in connection with Nautan PS case no. 61 of 2017.
