The petitioner seeks bail in Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 317 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have stabbed Vikram Kumar (son of informant) on his palm, back and fingers and thereby caused three incised injury which were found to be simple in nature by the doctor. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to business rivalry. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 02.12.2021.

Counsel for informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

No.13558 of 2022(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 317 of 2021.
