====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-01-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 495 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 498(a), 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death. The allegation against the co-accused Rajesh Kumar Paswan, the husband of the deceased, is that he inflicted atrocities against the deceased for nonfulfillment of his demand of a four-wheeler. The further allegation is that the accused persons named in the F.I.R. after sprinkling kerosene oil set the deceased on fire resulting whereof she lost her life.

No.23219 of 2021(2) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the accused persons named in the F.I.R. has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 24.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87505 of 2019. He has also submitted that even the husband of the petitioner has been granted regular bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani/concern court in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 495 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
