The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 485 of 2020 registered under Sections 414 and 419/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner in the first information report is transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused persons. Further he submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Case No. 485 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
