2. Earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last occasion i.e. order dated 14.12.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 50251 of 2022, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

3. Trial Court report reveals that the case is at the stage of defence evidence. All the prosecution witnesses, including the doctor and I.O., have already been examined and on 17.04.2023, the prosecution evidence has already been closed and thereafter, statement under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. has been taken on 09.05.2023 and since then, the case is pending for evidence of defence witnesses. Several dates have been fixed to produce the defence witnesses, but even after lapse of fifteen months, the case is pending for defence evidence.
