This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Daniawan P.S.Case No.39 of 2016, G.R. No.1099 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 448, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act Allegation against the petitioner is of firing and causing injury to one lady and it further appears from the impugned order that the injuries are grievous in nature. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that actually it was a case of free-fight and nobody can say that who has fired, which has caused injuries to that lady. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no antecedent and he is in custody

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
