JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.224 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that it is a case of multiple murder in which name of the petitioner transpired during investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
