BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for respective parties. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate order/orders/direction/directions/ writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding to the Respondents to publish the result of the petitioner in advertisement No. 13010116 for the post of Drivers issued by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, and the petitioner has qualified in examination conducted by the commission alongwith other candidates but the petitioner has not been appointed however other similar candidates have been appointed on the post of driver

Patna High Court CWJC No.3937 of 2022 dt.28-03-2022 2/2 in above mention advertisement and the petitioner having requisite qualification and therefore, the petitioner should be appointed by the Respondents for the ends of justice.

(ii) And further be pleased to grant other relief/reliefs as the petitioner is entitled for.

Short question for consideration is to finalize the Advertisement No. 13010116 for the post of Driver issued by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission. In this regard, petitioner submitted representation on 24.12.2021 (Annexure-7).

The competent authority is hereby directed to finalize the process of selection and appointment to the post of Driver in pursuant to the Advertisement No. 13010116 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
