Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.33 of 2018, registered under Sections 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner was caught with the master key which is used for opening the dickey of motorcycles and it is further alleged that the petitioner watches customers in the bank and was in order to know, who after withdrawing money keep it in the dickey of the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended merely on suspicion, even there is no allegation that he made any attempt of theft and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.20321 of 2018(2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sunni Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.33 of 2018.
