This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Udwantnagar PS Case No. 14 of 2019 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

In the instant case, total 40 litres of Mahua Wine was seized from the back of a motor cycle. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he has no criminal antecedent and has been dragged in the instant case with false allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.11.2019, this
