JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he purchased the land from one Ballabh Prasad, who is the uncle of the informant and it is alleged that the share of the informant has been sold by his uncle.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is only purchaser and the land has sold by the uncle of the informant. Further, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14881 of 2019(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S.
