2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2015 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 05 of 2016 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged and also considering that recovery of the body of deceased was made from the Aangan (courtyard) of the petitioner's house and he was seen running away from the place of occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner.
