Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406,506,468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The perusal of the complaint petition would reveal that the dispute arose out of a business transaction between the parties. The civil remedy is there to the informant.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
