2. In this present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 375 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, three miscreants riding a bike, robbed the CSP centre of the informant and took away Rs. 1,57,000/- and one laptop and mobile phone from the person sitting there. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case during investigation for being involved in this occurrence.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is made accused in this case merely on suspicion as he has been remanded in this

Case No. 20 of 2024 which has been registered under Sections 307, 414 and 413/34 of I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. There is no cogent material to implead the petitioner in the present case and allegation levelled against him is completely false and concocted. Charge-sheet has been submitted and there is no chance of tempering the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2024. Petitioner is having criminal antecedent of six cases.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the period of custody of the petitioner and submission of chargesheet, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj/concerned court in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 375 of 2023, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and other following conditions:
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11624 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 3/3 (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.
(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
