JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 23.12.2017, seeks bail in Banka (Barahat) PS Case No. 888 of 2016 registered under Section 379 of the IPC.

It is submitted that the FIR is against unknown, nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, there is no material against him except disclosure of his name by co-accused in his confessional statement. Considering the said fact the petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail but he could not surrender as there as no communication to him Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sanjeev Singh @ Sanjeev Kumar Singh @ Sanjeev Raj Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Roshan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) PS Case No. 888 of 2016.
