Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the name of the father of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as Ramesh Ram in place of Naresh Ram in the original petition itself and as a result thereof the same error has occurred in the order dated 5.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1376 of 2019.

Considering the bona fide mistake, the application is allowed. Let the name of the father of the petitioner be read as "Naresh Ram" in place of "Ramesh Ram" in the order dated 5.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1376of 2019. The other

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13610 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 conditions shall remain the same.

The order dated 5.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1376of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent. With the aforesaid, the modification stands allowed and disposed of (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
