16.09.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 25.06.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 1993 of 2013 (Tr. No. 2099 of 2014) pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur. However, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month as maintenance awarded by the Court below.
