The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 94/2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 418, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 475 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare perusal of the First Information Report would show that the main allegations of running the institute and issuing forged certificate centers around accused Gyan Prakash. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, the only allegation is that when the informant went to lodge her complaint with said Gyan Prakash regarding issuance of forged certificate, the said Gyan Prakash and

No.28536 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 this petitioner and one Harshvardhan Kumar told her that thousands of people are working on the post on the basis of the certificates issued by this institute. Learned senior counsel has submitted that the co-accused Harshvardhan Kumar @ Chhotu, who is similarly situated to the present petitioner, has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 29233/2017, the petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.03.2017.
Considering nature of allegations and the submissions of the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Kumari Annu, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.
