Patna High Court CWJC No.5220 of 2015 dt.07-04-2015 2/2 meet the inadequacy and apply again for consideration, which the respondents are willing to do. The ball is in the court of the petitioner. The order passed in the year 2013 is not required to be revived now by any kind of interference, especially since almost two years have already elapsed in the meanwhile.
