The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sono (Charka Pathar) P.S. Case No 169 of 2017 Registered for the offences under sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a case and counter case between the parties. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation of overt act against these petitioners. Other co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate bench of this Court. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their

No.13053 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jamui in connection with Sono (Charka Pathar) P.S.
