The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 187 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354 (B), 354 (C), 384, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66834 of 2022. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17205 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 187 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
