The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 01.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17029 of 2022, to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.31 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20023 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 The order dated 01.11.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
