2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b) a/ 26/ 27/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution story, on the alleged date of occurrence, informant receives a secret information that some criminals were assembled at Brickline along with weapons to commit crime. Upon this, police raided the said place and found two persons fleeing by their motorcycle who left a bag. Upon

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11934 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/3 search, one country made pistol, two live cartridges of 7.65 and 5 live cartridges of 3.5 bore were recovered. Mahal Chaukidar has identified one person namely Manoj Ram (petitioner).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but his name has dragged in this case by the Police on suspicion. That the seized motorcycle and one Mobile does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2024. He further submits that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of S.D.J.M., Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024, subject to the following conditions :- (i). One of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11934 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 3/3 (ii). Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be present on each and every fixed date and on his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bonds may be cancelled by the learned Trial Court.
