Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 06 of 2017, registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended merely on the basis of suspicion. The recovery of foreign country made liquor from a ditch nearby the canal, situated at East of village and the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and he is in custody since 18.10.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Om Prakash Chaudhary, is directed to be released
