2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order contained in memo No. 617 dated 31.05.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, Kishanganj.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary

Patna High Court CWJC No.4420 of 2020(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 objection and submits that the order impugned here is challengeable before the appellate forum. But, petitioner has moved directly before this Court without availing remedy of appeal.

4. In this background, this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail his remedy before the appellate forum as prescribed under the Rule within 30 days from the date of disposal of the writ petition.

5. It is made clear to the Appellate Authority that the delay in filing appeal shall be condoned.
