2. The present petition has been preferred:

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ for direction to the respondents to pass a speaking and reasoned order on the application dated 16.02.2022 filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari (respondent no. 2).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner took this Court to Annexure- P/3 to show that on 16.02.2022 itself a petition was preferred before the District Magistrate, East Champaran,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4802 of 2024(2) dt.27-06-2024 2/3 Motihari (respondent no. 2) for the redressal of his grievance. He further took this Court to Annexure-P/4 to show that the District Sub-Registrar , East Champaran, Motihari vide letter no. 434 dated 09.03.2022 also took note of the grievance of the petitioner and recommended accordingly to the Collector cum District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari. He submits that a family is in financial trouble for last two years only because the respondent no. 2 has failed to act.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if the same has not been considered and disposed of will be taken to its logical conclusion in next three months. However, he submits that the petitioner is duty bound to provide all the documents in support of his petition.

5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be preferring another petition along with the relevant documents within a period of four weeks.

6. Needless to say that the Collector cum District Registrar, East Champaran Motihari is duty bound to take the matter to its logical conclusion on the date the document/petition is presented before him/her. While deciding the matter, the documents (Annexure- P/4), he will also consider

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
