For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the Respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner from the date on which the person's Junior to him have been taken in regular service and also to pay the arrears of salary, promotion as A.C.P. and

B. For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the Respondents to allow the petitioner all the retirement benefits such as pension, Gratuity, G.P.F., Leave Encashment etc. to the petitioner from the date of his retirement as a Regular employee."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
