The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No.215 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the abandoned house and not from conscious possession of the petitioners, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13466 of 2022(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bathnaha P.S.
