The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66C/66D of the I.T. Act, 2000.

As per prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have indulged in cheating the people by way of preparing forgotten voter I.D and Aadhar Card by using website of Election Commission of India which is unauthorized and illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has

It is further submitted vide para 10, 11 & 12 of the petition that the petitioner is only running Cyber cafe for several and also provide to the person who want to change the addresses, mob nos. of Aadhar card or whose Aadhar card has been lost and no any person is alleged that any wrongful loss to anyone. The petitioner belongs to each documents shown upon the seizure list and the alleged cash and all the documents are legally authorized by the petitioner which was seized by the informant. The police has taken the signature/LTI of the petitioner on blank paper by handedness and dragged his name in the false and fabricated case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 14.8.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
