It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the judgment dated 04.05.2016 rendered in CWJC No. 6688 of 2016 be modified to the extent that his submission recorded in paragraph 3 thereof be read as that the petitioner is one of the

Patna High Court MJC No.3109 of 2016 (3) dt.19-10-2016 transporting and handling agent of the Corporation for the District of Bhojpur".

There is no objection to the aforesaid prayer. The judgment dated 04.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 6688 of 2016 is modified to the aforesaid extent. With the aforesaid modification in the judgment, this modification application stands disposed of.
