Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1117 of 2019 for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code..

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he entered the house of the informant forcibly and looted away Rs. 20,000/- and ornaments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 19.9.2019 , the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1117 of 2019 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer in dedicated Covid hospital for a period of one month and he has to report to the Nodal Officer in the concerned region who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
