JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 09-04-2015 Petitioner seeks cancellation of technical bid of the respondent no.8 as he has not followed and complied the terms and condition of the contract concerned. Learned counsel submits that the respondent no.8 is not registered for the concerned Circle. That apart, it is also submitted that he has not given any proof of experience etc. He raises several other objections also and submits that the petitioner had approached the Executive Engineer as well

Patna High Court CWJC No.4013 of 2015 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 as Superintending Engineer and even the Engineer-in-Chief-cumAdditional Commissioner-cum-Special Secretary, Rural Works Department making a complaint against the respondent no.8 but nothing has been communicated to him in this regard. In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e., the Engineer-in-Chief, rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna once again by filing a representation along with a copy of this order who shall examine the matter and, after granting opportunity to all the concerned, would be obliged to take a decision within four weeks thereafter in accordance with law. The decision taken should be immediately communicated to the petitioner.
