2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341 , 325 , 448 , 307, 379 and 504 of the IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner, along with other co-accused person are alleged to have assaulted the brother of the informant by means of iron rod, as a result of which he sustained injury. The doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .

4. Considering the nature of injury and gravity

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15869 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
