Taking into consideration that 35 liter country made illegal liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Excise case no. 01/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah District West Champaran stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
