JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Having regard to the fact that the order taking cognizance is dated 7.12.2013, the Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to file a petition for discharge at appropriate stage and on filing of such discharge petition, the court below shall address each and every issue raised by the petitioners in the discharge petition and pass reasoned and speaking order meeting all the issues raised by the petitioners in the discharge petition.
