Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,341,323,324,307,504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Since allegation against the petitioner is that he caused injury with Farsa at the head of the informant, only for the reason that the Doctor has found simple injury, the petitioner cannot be enlarged on anticipatory bail as the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, hence, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with Majhauliya P.S.Case No.156 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23716 of 2021(2) dt.02-12-2021 2/2 Petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail.
