Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault and and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22988 of 2021(4) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 due to assault, the pregnancy of the informant got terminated.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has solemnized second marriage.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
