The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R., petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dharmbir Kumar, who was apprehended on spot with one loaded country-made pistol.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no arms or ammunition has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.11.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
