08-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner, husband of complainant/opposite party no. 2, apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has already been settled in the Court below, as per certain terms & conditions.

4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed.

5. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16132 of 2024(4) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 594 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
