Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No.141 of 2014 registered under sections 304 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that even if the entire allegations made in the FIR are taken to be true at its face value, no offence would be made out as against the petitioners. I have perused the case diary.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13694 of 2015 (3) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chpra in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No.141 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
