JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of theft of motorcycle is against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended from a mechanic shop from where ten stolen motorcycles were alleged recovered. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that besides petitioner others were also apprehended there at on suspicion that they were in possession of the stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30293 of 2017 (2) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/Successor Court, in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No.120 of 2017, with condition that if the petitioner would be found indulge in such activity, in future, the same would be a ground for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case also.
