Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Parbatta PS Case No. 379 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that one loaded country made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 30.10.2017, there is no serious case against him except one Arms Act case previously lodged against him. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, at present the payer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However he may renew the prayer for bail after framing of the charge. (Arun Kumar, J.)
