Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016 registered under Sections- 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is quite absurd to believe that money was given without knowing the person concerned. As a matter of fact, informant had taken Rs. 9,00,000/- as debt. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
