Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 166/2016 registered under Sections 366(A)/34, 363 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that 17 years old daughter of the informant became traceless from the house. Later on after enquiry informant found that one co-villager Ashutosh Paswan has kidnapped his daughter and parents of the Ashutosh Paswan also helped him in kidnapping.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are parents of Ashutosh Paswan. In fact both were having love affair moreover the girl is also a major but the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15309 of 2017 (2) dt.15-06-2017 2/2 informant has mentioned her age in the First Information Report 17 years and the petitioners have not seen taking away the girl. Having considered the said facts and circumstance, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned Court, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnaga (Aurangabad) in connection with Obra P.S.
