2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2017 in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with death of his wife with whom he had been married six years ago. It is submitted that the deceased in fact had attempted to commit suicide several times in the past. It is further submitted that the informant has since submitted an application before the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Rosera stating that he had filed the F.I.R. under confusion and is absolved the accused persons.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and
