JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-05-2022 Heard Mr. Manoj Pandey, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 845 of 2017 dated 16.11.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained employment on a forged and fabricated BETET certificate. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no sooner was this controversy with respect to the correctness of the certificates of BETET raised, the employment of the petitioner and many other similarly situated person have been kept in abeyance.

No.25596 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 Several persons have been made accused in this case on the basis of the aforesaid accusation and almost all of them have been granted anticipatory bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner has given the case numbers of many such petitions in which anticipatory bail has been granted, in paragraph-10 of this petition.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and taking into account the fact that she is no longer in employment today and that many other similarly situated persons have been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner is also directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) /each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 845 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
