Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case no. 525/2012 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC as well as 27 of the Arms Act.
At the very outset, it is pointed out on behalf of the petitioners that for the same occurrence, three cases were registered. One case was lodged by the concerned SDO and in the said case, petitioners were shown as accused but petitioner no.1 and some other accused have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this court. It is further contended by him that the second case for similar occurrence was lodged by one Priya Darshan Singh against the present informant of this case and others and third case was lodged by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10354 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 informant after 14 days of the alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S.
